Booked this hotel for 3 nights with dolce vita arrangement for Christmas. Very swift check-in, our luggage was been taking care out of our car and brought to our room.
This room is located-2 , at the level of swimming pool and Bacchus restaurant. The room consist of a living room, bedroom and two bathrooms.
As our big dog was travelling with us, the hotel arranged two stainless steel pots for water and food as well a small portion of dry food was delivered.
A nice attention!!! Very cosy room with a comfortable bed, a Nespresso machine was available and all amenities in the bathroom was provided.
Breakfast was nice, eggs freshly made upon demand, a good bread selection and nice cold cuts. On Christmas eve before dinner we received a few glasses of champagne in the lobby.
Food was not really warm, not tasty and , in my opinion, not of a standard for Christmas eve,!! Dogs were allowed to join dinner in Cesar restaurant.
The service is superb! Very friendly and professional!!! On Christmas evening a torchlight trip was organised , at the end of the trip we received a cup of glue wine.

It seems more dogs than before. We do like the location, breakfast and Spa. We had eaten in the hotel restaurants.
They were all tasty. The cemetery is the last resting place of German dead and also war victims of other nations. Schloss Berg in Nennig actually consists of two castles, the lower and the upper castle.
The lower castle is in private property and the upper castle was rebuilt later to the Renaissance-Schloss. Today it is a luxury hotel, a gourmet restaurant and a modern casino.
